The Process

Design a building with one of our representatives or you can do it yourself using the 3D configurator.
2nd
Place Your Order
Submit the design for a quote.
3rd
Pay Deposit
Security Deposit is due once layout and designs have been approved by you.
4th
Building is Manufactured
Your building materials are manufactured.
5th
Scheduling
Our office will contact you to schedule delivery of your metal building.
6th
Delivery & Installation
Installation crew arrives and erects the building.

What kind of buildings do you offer?
NC Steel Buildings does not build carports, we build custom metal buildings ranging from Garages, RV Covers & Clear Span Commercial Buildings.
What are your certification ratings?
All of our buildings are certified for up to 145MPH Winds & 35lbs of snow per sqft on 5′ Centers AS OUR STANDARD
4′ Centers Receives an Increased Snow Load
Do you pull permits?
NC Steel Buildings does not pull any permits, permits are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the warranties on your buildings?
*All of our buildings have a standard 20 year rust through warranty on the steel framing and roof panels
*Premium Colors have a 40 year rust through warranty
*1 year workmanship warranty on buildings
Do you offer Rent To Own?
At this time, we offer Rent to Own with no credit check for up to $20,000 restrictions apply please contact us for more information*
